Sergio J. Lopez – Attorney – Founder

Founding member and managing partner, Mr. Sergio J. Lopez, is a former police officer and criminal investigator who stops at nothing to aggressively represent each and every one of his clients through all stages of their case. He oversees all criminal defense and family law cases and exclusively handles criminal defense cases as well as child custody and domestic violence restraining order cases.

Todd A. Rash – Attorney – Of Counsel

Mr. Todd A. Rash, is a former Riverside County Prosecutor. Now in private practice for over 15 years, he is a tremendous and remarkable asset to our team. Mr. Rash has been triumphant in numerous other complex civil cases including law suits against Michael Jackson and the Catholic Church on behalf of clients that were victims of molestation. Mr. Rash provides support and inestimable legal wisdom on a regular basis on an “of counsel” basis.
